Workwear that survives the site.
Hi-vis that meets the standard, softshells that last a winter, and a logo still readable after fifty washes. Twenty pieces to start, and a price back today.
Before you ask anyone for a PO
What a crew actually needs.
Nobody in this trade will tell you what an order looks like until you have given them your details. Here it is with no form in the way - the quantities we would put a crew on, and the pieces you would be ordering. Untick anything you do not need, or push a number up.
Quantities include ten percent headroom on tees, polos and caps for the people who have not started yet. Order for the roles, not the roster.

The range
Everything here is ready to go.
Most crews run 3-5 of anything worn daily. Order one per person and you will be reordering inside a month - at a fresh setup, on a smaller run, at a worse rate. Tell us sizes and quantities and we will price it properly. How many to order
The bit with legal teeth
Hi-vis, and which class you actually need.
NZ hi-vis is specified under AS/NZS 4602.1. Which class you need comes down to one question: when is the crew on site?
Fluorescent fabric, no retroreflective tape. Fine for daylight work away from moving traffic. The cheapest option and the one most crews over-buy past.
Retroreflective tape, no fluorescent requirement. Rare on its own - almost nobody works exclusively in the dark.
Both. What you need for roadworks, early starts, winter afternoons and anything near moving plant. If in doubt, this is the one.
We won't pick your class off a web page. Name the class on your quote and we'll confirm in writing which garments meet it, before you order.

Decoration
Getting a logo to stay on a garment like this one.
- Best for
- Full-colour logos. No colour limits and no screen charges.
- How it's priced
- Per print. A five-colour logo costs the same as a one-colour one.
- Watch out
- Polyester, softshell and sublimated garments bleed. Needs a blocker transfer, priced as its own line.
- Reorders
- Your logo, position and spec are saved, so round two matches round one.
- Best for
- Simple, solid marks. Dense fill costs more to stitch.
- How it's priced
- On stitch count, which is why nobody publishes a rate.
- Watch out
- Send vector artwork if you have it. A JPEG off a van is fine to start.
- Reorders
- Digitised once. Every reorder of that logo prices identically.
Questions
The ones we actually get asked.
We only need ten.
First runs start at twenty - and twenty is usually much closer to the price of ten than people expect. The setup is charged once per design either way, so the extra ten are close to garment cost alone.
Send the quote and we will show you both numbers side by side. It settles itself in about ten seconds.
Can you print on hi-vis?
Yes. Polyester and softshell need a blocker transfer so the garment colour does not bleed up through the print, and that is priced separately. It is on the quote as its own line, not hidden inside it.
Can we put individual names on jackets?
Yes. Names change the setup because each one is unique, so it goes on the quote and we will show you the cost per name before you commit. On a crew of fifteen it is usually less than people assume.
Can we top up later?
Yes, and repeats have no minimum. Your logo, its position and the garment spec are all saved, so round two matches round one exactly and there is no setup to pay again.
The quantity break and the freight still apply, though, which is why it is worth getting the first order right.
How long does it take?
Production runs from artwork approval, not from when you send the enquiry - so the clock starts once you have signed off the proof. Freight sits on top of that and depends where you are.
Tell us your date and how firm it is on the quote. If we cannot make it we will say so that day. A fast no is worth more to you than a slow maybe.
Our logo is a JPEG off the side of a van.
Send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it is usable at the size you want, and if it is not we will redraw it as vector artwork - which you then own and can use everywhere else.
