Before you take it to finance

What a team actually needs.

Most first orders we price are short, because people order one of each thing per person. Here is what we would actually put a team on, with no form in the way. Untick anything you do not need, or push a number up.

18On staff

Quantities include ten percent headroom on polos, tees and caps for the people who have not started yet. Order the size spread, not the average - two extra larges help nobody.

Three polos covers a week and a wash. Add ten percent for the people who have not started yet - repeats have no minimum, but a bigger first run always prices better, because the setup is charged once either way. How many to order

What makes it look expensive

Three things that decide whether people wear it.

Corporate apparel fails for the same three reasons every time, and none of them are the garment. Get these right and it gets worn to client meetings. Get them wrong and it lives in a drawer.

01The logo is the wrong size

Almost always too big. A left-chest mark that looks right on a screen looks like a billboard on a polo. We size and place it on a real garment and show you before anything else is made.

02Everyone got a unisex medium

The fastest way to guarantee it never gets worn. Ladies cuts exist across polos, tees and softshells - order the size spread your team actually is, not the average.

03The brand colour is nearly right

Nearly is worse than obviously different. Some colours are harder to hit in embroidery than in print, and which method you pick should follow your brand, not the other way round.

Send us your brand guidelines with the quote - colours, logo files, the lot. We will match to them and show you a decorated garment, photographed, before anything else is made. If your brand colour cannot be hit accurately in the decoration method you have picked, we will tell you up front and show you the closest we can get, rather than letting you find out when the box arrives.

Decoration

Which method suits which garment.

Embroidery
Best for
Polos and quarter-zips. It doesn't look like a printed tee.
How it's priced
On stitch count, so there's no published rate.
Brand colour
Send your guidelines and we'll show you the closest we can get.
New starters
Digitised once, so every reorder costs the same, even one polo at a time.
Print
Best for
Tees and large, detailed or photographic logos.
How it's priced
Full colour, no screen charges. Five colours cost the same as one.
Brand colour
The more accurate method for hitting a specific brand colour.
New starters
Your spec is saved, so the next order matches.

Questions

The ones we actually get asked.

Can we order different garments in one go?

Yes. Put them all on one quote and we will price them together. The minimum is twenty per garment, not twenty overall.

What happens when someone new starts?

Repeats have no minimum. Your spec is saved, so a single polo for a new hire is a two-minute job and there is no setup to pay again.

Can we see it before we commit?

Yes, and this is the whole point of us. We decorate one, photograph it on a real garment and send it to you. Nothing else gets made until you say yes.

Do you do ladies cuts?

Where the supplier makes them, yes. Polos, tees and softshells all have ladies lines. Say so on the quote and we will spec the range rather than ordering everyone a unisex medium.

Will it match our brand colours?

Send your guidelines with the quote and we will match to them. Some colours are easier to hit in print than in embroidery - if yours is one of them we will say so before you order and show you the closest we can get.

We only need ten.

First runs start at twenty, and twenty is usually much closer to the price of ten than people expect - the setup is charged once per design either way. Send the quote and we will show you both numbers.
