How it works

See it before it's made.

Custom apparel for teams and businesses, with one rule behind all of it: you see your logo on a real garment, at its real size, before anything is made.

Start to finish

Six steps. One of them is yours to approve.

  1. 1Pick your gear

Browse by industry or by garment. Every product shows its colours, and priced items show the price at each quantity break.

  2. 2Send your logo

Upload it in the logo tool or attach it to a quote. Any file is a start, and we'll tell you if it needs work.

  3. 3Get a price back today

Garments and rough numbers are enough for a price today. Sizes and artwork can follow.

  4. 4Approve one real garment

We decorate one, photograph it and send it to you. Nothing else gets made until you say yes.

  5. 5We make the full run

Your print position, size and colours are recorded, then the whole order is made to match the proof.

  6. 6Reorder without starting again

Your spec is saved. Top up one new starter or a hundred, and round two matches round one.

Artwork

Send what you've got.

The better the file, the sharper the result. But don't hold the quote up chasing the perfect one. Send what you have and we'll tell you straight whether it works at the size you want.

  • BestVector files: AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF. They print sharp at any size.Ideal
  • GoodA large PNG with a transparent background, around 3000 px wide.
  • WorkableA JPEG, a screenshot, a photo of the side of the van. Send it anyway. We'll tell you if it's usable before anyone pays for anything.
  • RedrawIf it isn't usable, we can redraw it as clean vector artwork, which you then own and can use everywhere else. It's quoted up front.
  • ColoursSend your brand colours or guidelines. If a colour can't be hit exactly in the method you've picked, we'll show you the closest we can get first.

Decoration

Two methods, two jobs.

Print

Full-colour transfers. No colour limits and no screen charges, so a five-colour logo costs the same as one colour. The right answer for tees, hoodies and anything with a detailed or photographic mark.

Hi-vis, polyester and softshell need a blocker layer so the dye doesn't bleed into the print. It's priced as its own line on the quote.

Embroidery

Priced on stitch count, so there's no published rate. Worth it on polos, jackets and anything seen up close every day.

Once your logo is digitised the count is locked, so every reorder of that logo prices the same.

The fine print

Plain numbers, no surprises.

20Minimum on a first run. Usually much closer to the price of ten than people expect.
0Minimum on repeats. Your spec is saved, so one top for a new starter matches everyone else.
Ex GSTEvery price excludes GST. Freight is quoted separately, never buried in the unit price.
1Garment decorated and photographed as your proof before anything else is made.
Working to a date? Put it on the quote and tell us how firm it is. We'll tell you that day whether we can make it, and if we can't, you'll hear it straight away with a date that's real.
